Using our site is an admission of the present conditions that constitute the terms of the contract between Opès Natural Products and you.

 

The use of any material, text, logo, images and protocols in full or in part for commercial use and reproduction is forbidden. Anyone using such material will be prosecuted.

Opès Natural Products  will not be responsible for any damage resulting directly or not from the use of this site.

Information provided by the client when ordering is secured and encoded. So payment by Credit Card is secure. The Opès site is connected with a specialized banking validation server using a SSL ("Secure Socket Layers"). This is a high security transmission mode.

 

Nevertheless, there is no perfect security system. You must be advised that there is still a certain risk level. So Opès denies any responsibility in case of confidential personal information divulgation, except in case of carelessness.

 

If you do not want to use our On Line Payment Service, you can place your order by Email at opes@sympatico.ca. Please take care to provide your phone number. We will contact you soon to confirm your order and make payment arrangements with you.

 

When ordering, you must provide us with your name, full address, phone number and Email address. We could eventually send you information on our products. If you don’t want to receive such information, please contact us. Opès respects your right to privacy. We will not provide personal information to anyone without your prior approval.

 

All the prices shown on the site are in Canadian dollars.

Transportation and delivery fees and applicable taxes are not included.

Opès may change the price list anytime without notice. 

 

Opès does not warranty the availability of the products. If a product is back order, you will be advised by phone or Email. In such case, you may cancel your order. If you maintain your order, products will be sent as soon as they will be available.

You may return the product anytime, for any reason, within 15 days of the reception, providing the product has not been removed from the original shipping packaging. You will only have to assume handling and administration fees (10%) plus transportation, delivery and insurance costs.

 

Opès will assume transportation and delivery fees if the product you received is defective or damaged, or if you received product you had not ordered.

Upon reception, we will credit your Credit Card, PayPal or Emoney for the amount of the purchase including taxes and delivery fees.

 

The responsibility of Opès Natural Products is strictly limited to the amount paid for the returned products.

 

Opès Natural Products  shall not be held responsible for non completion, partially or in full, of any of its obligation toward the client, nor for damages or loss that could occur because of events out of our control.
